Visual Training Level I & II

Training Course objective

  1. Identify initial need of Visual Testing
  2. Findings the relevant cause of (if found any discontinuities). 
  3. Before starts the VT need to know previous processes of inspection job.
  4. For, welds, Identifying various weld discontinuities
  5. Understanding the relevant welding technology related to visual inspection
  6. Understanding the need for documentation in welding
  7. Familiarity with codes and standards related to inspection requirements
  8. Carrying out inspection of parent materials and consumables
  9. Perform visual inspection of welds, report on them and assess their compliance with specified acceptance criteria
  10. Gaining sufficient knowledge to successfully complete the CSWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector examinations.
